Vermicompost is highly nutrient rich compost for healthy and fast growth of plants. It is produced by composting organic matter, utilizing specific earthworms Eisenia fetida (Red Wringler) to get high quality end product. This compost is an odorless, clean, organic material containing adequate quantities of several micronutrients essential for plant growth.

Vermicompost is nature friendly, non-toxic & preferred nutrient source for Home Gardening , Indoor Garden, Terrace Garden , Vertical Garden (hanging pots) , Fruit Orchards , Nursery Plants ad well as for organic farming etc. It improves the soil quality, aerates it through natural processes. The fine textured moist compost is formulated to loosen heavy soils and retain water for plants.

• Indoor Plants & Ornamental Plants: 150-200 grams per plant per month.
• Flowering & Outdoor Plants: 200-250 grams per plant per month.
• Kitchen Garden Plants: 100-200 grams per plant per month.
• Lawn & Planting Beds: 0.25 inch to 0.5 inch layer once in 3 months.
• Farms: 1 to 2 ton’s per acre

• Loosen the soil around plant using cultivator, trowel or any other digging & cultivating tools.
• Apply the vermicompost by sprinkling near the root zone of the plants for good results.
• Water the plants after applying the manure to mix it properly with the soil.
•  It can be used on home garden plants as well as in organic farming.

Vermicompost is a colloid and holds up to nine times its own weight in water. This can make a huge difference when there is a dry spell. The water is held at an organic level so tends to evaporate slowly while still being available to the plants.

Among the hormones that earthworm compost contains are hormones that help plants to grow. Germination of seeds is encouraged, the growth of the plant is stronger and the crop yield improved. This natural support for the plants is not available with chemical fertilizers. The distribution of the compost through the soil also helps to encourage healthy root growth..

Chemical fertilizers bombard plants with huge amounts of nutrients that are going to drain by and eventually be washed out of the soil by the rain.  This is avoided by using Vermicompost which is lower in nutrient content but which does not get washed out of the soil. The nutrients are held in place and released slowly so that the plants receive what they need over a prolonged period.
